We are on a continuous journey of improvement and transformation but our main priority is, and always will be, providing safe and high quality care to our patients every day; the kind of care we would want for ourselves and our loved ones. If you share our passion then apply for this opportunity and help us make our patients’ experience the best it can possibly be.
With a budget of around £270m, three hospitals and 5,500 staff, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital-based services to the population of Hartlepool, Stockton on Tees and parts of East Durham and Sedgefield as well as community, therapeutic and screening to a wider population across Durham and Teesside.
The Employee Relations Team undertake a range of engagement and reward activities which seek to maintain and improve the employee lifecycle and contribute to the successful delivery of Trust’s engagement strategy, which in turn, raises the profile of the Trust internally.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as an Employee Engagement Assistant, providing assistance to engagement projects and specific areas of work, including establishing working groups, developing, monitoring and implementing action plans and ensuring successful outcomes are achieved.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to deliver a positive engagement experience for our workforce and who can seek innovative methods of communicating with individuals/groups who may be harder to reach.
Applicants will have experience of working within a busy office environment, including experience of working on projects to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this post.
